I like that planet fitness always make sure that the equipment always works. Dez is so helpful and show me how to use the equipment. It's so many friends by coming to the gym. Dez is the best. I really like Dez . She is a really great personal trainer.💜💜

The staff is always friendly and helpful! I’ve been going to this same location for years and the trainer is always checking in with me and helps keep me focused she even asks about my birds and I show her pictures of them once in a while! The staff at the desk all know me by name and already know what I’m at the desk for because I always tan after my workout and they even know which bed I prefer and if it’s available they put me in that one with out me having to ask! I also recently had a issue with my ex showing up to bother me and the trainer always keeps an eye out for him to put some distance between us, I considered switching gyms just so he wouldn’t have access to me but after a few times of being unsuccessful talking to me I no longer see him there when I am working out and I’m happy I stayed because I know they have my back at the planet fitness in vestal!
