The Victor, NY gym is always clean, & stress free. Workers are pleasant & always say "hello", and "have a nice day". The gym is big, the locker rooms are very roomy, and the room temperature is great. There are large ceiling fans above the cardio machines. My favorite part is the window frontage. We like to "watch the world go by" while we work out! After a long week at work, we both enjoy a 10 minute hydro massage.... LOVE IT! Sincerely, Maggie and Mark Novy, Farmington, NY

I'm one of the regular early morning types (5am). Lately the machines are all in great working condition, with only 1 leg press cable broken (there are a bunch, so no issue) and a couple pads ripped on the arm curls. The TV audio on the the treadmills and steppers has been working better lately. I beef about that monthly, so if that's taken some effort, THANKS! One minor whine: the showers (630a-7am) are usually soap-less. The new crew hasn't quite figured it out. We miss Vince since he took his new 'real' job last month!
