It's no nonsense. People are there to get healthy. I go at 3am usually. I feel safe because the staff, particularly, the manager is always keeping an eye out for people who have no membership and only wish to disrupt. The gym is always clean and usually stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I something isn't stocked, they will stock it immediately upon notification.
