The morning crew from 0[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED] is on top of it all! They are friendly, always say hello upon leaving and entering the gym, and are always cleaning or refilling something.
I have noticed a few times, around 10am-2 pm that the rugs are pretty dirty when I leave at the front doors but the staff is always friendly and waves hello/goodbye!
All in all great crew and gym!

What I liked most about my planet fitness experience is the atmosphere second only to the kind, friendly and professional staff. It’s amazing to go into a place to feel comfortable, and most importantly, not judged and for these reasons, I would highly recommend anyone joining planet fitness. Its amazing!

Clean, well ventilated, plenty of cleaning stations. Unfortunately, there are the normal amount of lazy gym goers that don't return cable devices, but the staff cleans up after them so it's only annoying when it's busy and staff can't get over there.
There is great customer service, and all staff always greets coming in and leaving.
The appointments for black card extras are well managed and available, plenty of machines, great dedicated ab workout section. I love the 30 min area for days I want to get in a quick workout. If you're looking for a lot of free weights this isn't the place for you as there are only two smith machines for bench and squats; there are plenty of dumbbells (2 sets of each up to 60lb).
