EVERYTHING! The facilities are spectacular with plenty of well maintained modern equipment. The bathroom and showers are clean and functional and the locker room is ample for changing and storing items. The massage chairs and beds are an extra bonus.

Feels very clean. Staff are always happy to help me with any questions including how to book the massage chairs and access Wi-Fi. Love that the thigh and kickback resistance machines are against a wall and tucked in the back room. Makes me feel much more comfortable using them so I don’t feel like I’m being ogled when I’m just trying to get fit.
