The great customer service of the young man I spoke to on the phone when I canceled my membership. I would join again in the future because of him because he showed he cared and the lady at the desk was very rude when I went to cancel my membership.

I loved your fitness center. I usually go to the Hilltop location (love it there too) I went to your location because my best friend is now working out and your location is closer for her. We'll be back soon! Also, love that your location has fitness group. I'll be going over the schedule. I definitely want to take advantage of that. From what I understand, the Laskkin/Hilltop doesn't have a trainer. Great job!

The place was not crowded, thats the best when you don't have to wait for someone to finish checking their phone prior to completing a rep. The gym was and clean and parking was not an issue. Definitely the friendliest place to come and go.

The gym and personnel were always great. I merely switched gyms because I live in Newport News and my gym partner who lived down there moved to a whole other state so I moved to a closer home gym.

I feel that the environment is inclusive & I don't feel nearly as self conscious as I have in other gyms. The facility is very clean, all of the equipment is in good, working order & the staff at this location are ALWAYS pleasant.
