The employees are friendly and helpful, especially Elisiah, (sp?), who was so great when I came in aa a newcomer and he showed me around some of the machines and told me how to operate them....greatly appreciated at no extra charge! The facility always looks clean and I don't have to wait a long time for a machine. Also, very importantly, I have not been pressured to upgrade every day as I was at the last gym I enrolled in for a very short period of time. I am very pleased with this Planet Fitness and plan to continue here as long as possible. Thank you!

This is one of the cleanest best organized gyms I have ever been part of. I never would have considered joining, but when 24 hr fitness shut down I was forced to look for a new gym. Planet fitness on sunset is1000 times better! All of the staff has a smile on their face and when I had a problem getting access that I wanted to the massage chairs, the manager fixed it in one email that was wrapped up in about one hour. You have a great business you have a very well trained staff.
