I just recently moved to NC from Florida and was impressed with your facility, it has a little bit of everything. The only complaint is that quite a few people linger over the machine they're using while on their phone, some attitudes included. To improve upon the experience I have a suggestion. Instead of employees lingering at the front desk, someone or two should be walking around the floor and politely tell them if they need to make a call or text, would you kindly get off the machine so that others could use it.

In addition to the range of equipment options and being open 24 hours a day, it is the black card features that I enjoy the most. I particularly prefer the message chairs and hydro beds. I also like that I can visit any PF besides my home club which is especially beneficial when I travel for business.
