Machines were grouped for easy access. Each machine had great pictures and instructions. The front desk greeter was cheerful and helped me gain access as daughter of a member in that location. Bathrooms were clean and wipes were there ti wipe machines after use. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I just recently moved to NC from Florida and was impressed with your facility, it has a little bit of everything. The only complaint is that quite a few people linger over the machine they're using while on their phone, some attitudes included. To improve upon the experience I have a suggestion. Instead of employees lingering at the front desk, someone or two should be walking around the floor and politely tell them if they need to make a call or text, would you kindly get off the machine so that others could use it.
