The new management is welcoming and professional. They always make sure the gym is clean and they kindly greet you at the entrance and answer any questions you may have. Sometimes tredmills etc are broken but I have noticed a repair person out within the week to fix the machines needing care. A big improvement!! I appreciate the additional care from the newer staff!!

Went to the Waltham location after not going for a while, I had been logged out of my app and was hoping I could use my number to sign in. When I signed up on the app, it linked my gym to a PF in Cambridge so Chris L wasn’t able to but what he did was call the Cambridge location to have them transfer my membership over to him which was such a process but he took the time and was super helpful by going above and beyond. Very grateful for him for being so kind and patient.

I love the personnel and the atmosphere at Planet Fitness - I am an older adult and I feel very comfortable working out at Waltham's Planet Fitness. It is a relaxed environment; the machines and surrounding areas are always clean. You can be just a very average person (like I am); and still get the feeling of "belonging" there. I have met many staff over the years; but the one I have known the longest (and is my favorite) is CHRIS - He is a very warm, caring, considerate gentleman. He is a credit to Planet Fitness, Waltham-- very classy and genuine. Thank you for making me feel at home and welcomed! I appreciate it! Keep doing the same!!
