I like the accomodations available to us such as updated machines, a knowledgeable trainer (RJ) who is generally found being active on the floor, directing cardio sessions. The staff is seen cleaning the facility very often and are very cordial with greetings, while entering or leaving. Our manager, Dez sees to it that our needs are met.

No one bothers me... Old short lady and it's ok. When equipment is too high I can always ask someone for help and they help... The only thing g that bothers me is people sitting on machines I need to use and they are just scrolling through their phones...

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, there is a good selection of equipment and classes. The parking lot needs attention. The inside is cleaned regularly, but the parking lot ALWAYS has trash in it. For many days in a row. Please, send someone out to clean the parking lot from time to time.
