Everything! The entire gym is very clean, the massage chairs are great! My husband and I love them! as well as the elliptical and walking equipments, the staff in the reception area are very friendly, very willing to help and they are ready to answer any questions, they provide excellent customer service. I referred my husband and took him to the gym with me and he loved it too, he signed up for the BPF Plan the next day.

Very clean. The machines are well-maintained. Two suggestions-- 1) on the App, it would be good to be able to scan the machine and have a way to track the weight lifted on it from previous workouts. 2) A trainer -- someone we can meet with when we are ready to add a new weight routine to our workout, who can walk us through the technique

I have gone to many gyms over the past 50+ years and the Warrenton VA facility is the best by far. Always very clean lots of equipment that is well-maintained, staff customer friendly. Can’t think of anything it doesn’t excel in.

Logan at the front desk provided the best customer service, was friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and safe. Very spacious. My suggestions would be to add (all environmental and accessibly sound) wall attached hair dryers and a coffee station. Lots of folks work different shift hours and may need a little boost or pep in their step for their workout. I would love to visit again to take another look!
