There are several reasons why I enjoy the Wasilla location. The staff is the best. Friendly and always helpful. Often busy cleaning but always available if needed. The facility is close by and the hours work out well. Great equipment to use and other members are considerate in sharing. Everything from parking, to the music and media atmosphere has been pleasant with no issues. Great facility I wish that I joined sooner.

I like the variety of equipment and amenities, but what I like the most is how clean it is. I work out in the early mornings and it is always clean when I get there. Kudos to the night crew for doing an excellent job cleaning!

I have enjoyed using this facility. Employees are helpful and I always see someone cleaning something. I also noticed some new machines possibly or just rearranging happening. I try to encourage everyone to join me at the gym. Bonus for the massage chairs and other wellness options.

The staff are very attentive and very helpful whenever I have a question. The gym is kept very clean and tidy - especially the locker room - it is cleaned very frequently and very carefully. This means there is no "ick" factor about being in a place where people have been sweating profusely. Hygiene is obviously at the top of your agenda and it shows. My two gripes: (1) there is not enough privacy in either the toilet cubicles or the three changing cubicles because of the huge gaps between the doors and walls of these cubicles; (go ahead - buy and install those strips of metal that plug the gaps and ensure more privacy!) (2) I do not use your showers because there is nowhere to hang one's personal belongings - a single hook outside the shower doesn't cut it! (Instead I clean up using Nurture Valley thick shower wipes in the changing cubicle then shower when I get home).

I really like the simplicity of the equipment. I can target one muscle group or an individual muscle with almost every machine. I really like the lounge chairs for massage after working out. And shower afterwards if needed

Tanning beds, total body enhancement & massage chairs are always working & everything is pretty clean most all the time. The employees are always very kind, respectful & helpful & just usually do such a good job. The windows by the front desk need shades so badly because the sun shining in can be so bright when you are at the counter.

The staff is awesome, if you come to the gym at a consistent frequency they start treating you like a welcomed acquaintance instead of a customer. I love that. Oh, and the same can be mostly said about the other patrons so I really vibe with the clientele this gym attracts. I usually get there at one of the peak hours, but the equipment is typically still available. It's not that they're empty, it's just that they have enough to meet the clients' needs. Finally, the massage chairs! I can think of no better way to end an hour long work out than a comfortable massage.

Planet Fitness is a perfect fit for me. I can come and always find a space either for parking, for exercise and for those extra delights after my work out is done. The staff is helpful and I value Emmy very much and Tristain is great and such a friendly face. In all my years, I can finally say that exercise is an enjoyable part of my life. Thank you.

I love going to the Wasilla PF for the following reasons: Very clean. The staff are constantly cleaning & refilling Friendly staff. I'm always greeted when I enter to check in & when I leave The hours are great! When I travel to the lower 48, I can usually find another PF, but always miss the one back home I have never had a problem getting a massage chair or any workout equipment Its my #1 choice for working out

The staff is very friendly, there is a wide variety of equipment and the showers in the locker room are nice. The facility always seems very clean inside and I really like the hydro massagers which I recently discovered I have access to with my membership. Thank you Planet Fitness! I appreciate the value I get with my membership.

It’s cheap$$$$$. It is a little to fufu for me in regards to a hard-core powerlifting or bodybuilding gym that I was accustomed to growing up in Florida. There are too many times I’ve waited for people for a machine while they were texting or chatting but I feel like it would be inappropriate in that setting to ask them to move along. However I am old and get in, exorcise, and get out. Facility is always very clean, machines are well taken care of, but as I mentioned first, the price is very inexpensive to work out.
