I’m a morning regular between 630-9am. I prefer coming to this PF over my home gym in Naugatuck. I do think it’s important to note that the morning staff need to smile. They are very unfriendly. Esp the females. No greeting when you walk in or when you leave. I know I’m responsible to set my own tone for the day but having a friendly encounter at my gym always makes me feel a little better. I noticed that’s a big difference between the staff at waterbury compared to Naugatuck/southbury.

I’ve been a black card member for several years and enjoy the convenience of the hours of operation the most. The staff is always available and helpful. The Waterbury club offers all of the newest equipment and there’s rarely any wait time to use my preferred machines. For the most part, I take advantage of everything that’s offered with my black card membership. Other clubs cannot compete with the value and cost of my PF membership.

It’s a cool layed back respectable place clean and staff are beyond great the only bad I see is gotta enforce the customers to clean equipment down after using cause that’s not good others can get sick from bacteria and germs a lot of people do not clean equipment after use serious🤮
