My wife and I love our Waterford Planet Fitness. The staff is extremely friendly! We attend multiple times per week. With that said, various pieces of equipment require frequent repair. And, some of those ‘fixes’ are left unattended for an absurd amount of time. Wear and tear? Sure, I get it. But, the staff seldom confronts patrons who slam weights and abuse the equipment. I can’t speak for the women’s restroom, but the mens locker room is relatively clean. Until, you use one of the urinals. The urinal area (and floor) needs to be attended to more often. Again, we love our gym. But, as described above, there is definitely room for improvement.
