My sister and I love the Waterloo Planet Fitness. We go at least 4 times per week. The staff (especially Brad and Tessa) are fantastic! They are so kind and helpful always cleaning the floors and making sure the locker rooms are clean! They do their best to keep the machines in running order!

I have previously complained about the Planet Fitness , however as new management has taken over this complaints have now be resolved or fixed. The one thing that still happens is the lack of refilling the paper towel dispensers in a timely manner. I feel like it would be pretty easy to walk around then gym one time every few hours and check on the dispensers.

Planet fitness is the best gym to go there, everyone there is super friendly from the guest working out to the staff that make conversation to brighten up everyone's day. If you're trying to lose weight but dont have the support I highly recommend planet fitness

Deven from waterloo iowa on Laporte greeted us at the door, with a warm smile. I was like WOW. I never had someone hold the door and greet me as I walk in. It was hospitality I definitely had to speak on. I'm not sure where planet fitness is getting their employees, better watch out I may take them for my own business lol. Bravo Great job Deven!!! 👏🏽

I'm 73 and I am not very good with cell phones or computers. I tried signing in at home and I just couldn't figure it out. I went to Planet Fitness and I believe she was the manager, anyway, she did it all for me. She was very nice and didn't act rushed at all, even though they were busy. I have exercised once since then and I really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere.
