This gym has alternative weights. More than one set of 17.5 lb dumb bells alongside 22.5 and 27.5. A MUST AND A GAME CHANGER FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE SHORT!!!!!! Also the gym itself has a basement and the monkey bars which is refreshing. This gym also has the sit down ab chair side by side the lat twister and I believe it is very helpful!

It’s clean. Easy parking. Never have trouble getting an elliptical or a treadmill. I love the hydro massage and the Total Body Enhancement. The equipment seems to be well-maintained. Staff are friendly.
