The people who work there are very pleasant. The guy in charge is a very humble person. You can ask him many questions. You will answer to you and if you need any help. Is there for you and I think that tells you a lot about a person. Good personality, it seems like a humble person.

It’s a nice clean gym with a lot of equipment. The staff is very welcoming and answer all my questions. Gabriel was very helpful to keep me updated and answer all my questions it’s been a long time since my last visit.

I had received a call from the manager in Waukegan. He was very understanding to my issue that had arose at the center. He had also informed me that the refund is being processed, for a error in charging a yearly fee. I had only joined in February. As a thank you for my understanding and patience he offered 1 month free at Planet Fitness. Thank You [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

The gym is always clean and for the most part well maintained. When a machine does break it seems to get repaired quickly which is nice. Would like the second weight bag added to the leg press machine though.

The variety of machines and the cleanliness are amazing. Also, planet fitness doesn't smell bad like some of the other gyms in the area. The staff are also very nice and attentive.

I would like to see some of the new equipment I have seen at other clubs like the barbell and deadlift platforms. Newer equipment at Waukegan club and more space to accommodate the need of new members. I enjoy my home club and have picked to keep my membership in hopes corporate will come through and provide all the new machines and not just some. The manager at this club is superb and the staff as well.

I really enjoy working out at this location. Have been attending this gym for close to 6 months and have never had an unpleasant experience. Staff is always friendly and do a great job keeping the gym well maintained. The whole environment itself is great which facilitates enjoying your workout everyday.
