I am very pleased with the way the management has addressed the few small issues that I had. You can tell they care a lot and go out of their way to make the customer feel welcome. I will be back to this location again when I am in town. Great Job!
first off, the customer service at my location is BOMB! GO JORDAN! GO JAVIER! GO LAURA! (i think it was Laura) I am very appreciative of the way they treat me and greet everyone that walks in! I can only speak for my self. When there was an issue with my account, they didn't hold me up as I walked in, but instead they let me know that there is an issue and allowed me to workout and then stop at the desk to resolve. Actually prior to that, they called me to give me the heads up. When I go to the gym early in the morning, there is usually a set amount of time that I have and it really can give a bad start to the day, when we spend 20 minutes of that prescheduled time standing at the desk. So, to be allowed to work out and then address the problem really keeps a good day going good ! Kudos to the Waukegan Location! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I go to Planet Fitness to mostly tan and recently was contacted by Laura, the Asst.Mngr. who may I add, was very friendly and professional. She contacted me to inform me that their Waukegan location, is currently in the process of upgrading the tanning beds. So happy to hear this. I will definitely be referring friends to this location.
