This Gym has al of the equipment I enjoy To use to maintain my fitness. However I would love if there was a hip thrust machine so we don’t have to use the smiths it hurts the back more 😂 other than that, the gym is always clean and the staff are nice and friendly and effective when needed. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Great gym, always recommending it.

I had a problem with the billing where I was being charged for a black card, but was actually a classic member. Upon reaching out to my home store, I was advised to leave leave a message and the manager will call me back. This is a best frustrating as I have been working with several people at the store to rectify my problem. But once speaking with the manager, Jordan, my issues were rectified within hours. Jordan was professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction. I appreciate his efforts in a quick resolution to my issues. I do wish Planet Fitness had a corporate number, so simple issues, such as billing would be taken off of the store team and shared between corporate and management. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome and will continue to use Waukegan Planet Fitness as my gym. Thank you, Jordan for turning what I thought was a big issue into a small problem and taking that out of my hands. Well done.
