The customer service and facility overall are amazing. In regards to cleanliness and friendliness.
However. The machines they replaced are not the best and continue to have issues. It seems that all th technology at the front desk is outdated and not working often. Plus. Why can’t we pay cash if we’d like at the front desk? The associates, specifically gage and sandro are my absolute favorite people. But constantly I’m having to switch my workout due to faulty equipment. How can we fix this ?
