The physical location is perfect. The openness of the space lets folks spread out and with the multiples of the cardio machines, and large variety of strength training ones, you never have to wait or feel cramped. The staff are great, too!

The mens locker room is used heavily but kept clean. One shower stall has water control that is opposite that could use fixing. Good to see staffing levels are maintained. I'm comfortable with staff members entering to clean and maintain them, as it's always needed. Good to see they plan on bringing in new machines. Seems great

Very friendly and clean. Wausau location should adjust Saturday and Sunday hours to open at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. There are many individuals that would come at 6 a.m. Thank you.
