Friendly staff, clean equipment, good choice of equipment… only thing I and many others that I’ve talked to there miss is the ab crunch machine that was in the 30 min ab area. They really need to bring that back. It’s affected a lot of peoples workouts. Massage chairs and hydro beds are awesome, tanning beds clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere.

I like most of all the new equipment but some equipment does not adjust for smaller frames (ex the pads of the new Abduction/ adduction machine are very uncomfortable, I have place a roller behind my back). I love the Les Mills spin cycles, however it seems the staff nor maintenace folks do not know how to keep them connected to the internet, at times they time out or blue tooth well not connect. Also there are 4 cycles and the are really too close together. Hydro beds and tan booths are also great!.

LIBBY!! At the Weatherford location was absolutely amazing!! I’m unfortunately moving to the middle of nowhere and had limited time to come cancel my membership. She was so understanding, went above and beyond, and incredibly helpful. I hate that I had to leave planet fitness but I’ll be excited to return in the future or if you guys decide to come to Quincy, CA. 10/10 recommend. Your employees make it worth it.
