I just returned last week since a hip injury. I met several members, although neglected to get all of their names. Jase is one I remember. He was, as all employees were, extremely welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. I returned another time with the same results from other employees. Today, I came and met Annanda, and again, saw Jase. I cannot express how incredibly impressed I am with them and all the employees who are always welcoming all to Planet Fitness, answering questions, explaining equipment, and cleaning the gym non-stop keeping it extremely clean. Very happy that I’m back being greeted with such incredible employees.

I usually go to the Smithfield location and appreciate the fact it opens early. Jesse is awesome and I apologize I don’t remember the afternoon staff. I wish the equipments have fans like the Webster location.
