I have been enjoying the time I spend at planet fitness working on achieving my goal to lose weight. I have a black card membership, and have been taking advantage of all the perks that come with it. Especially getting to work with a trainer that has really made me feel more confident with myself! Thank you planet fitness for a no judgement zone, and great staff and environment!

Nice facility always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful if needed but, lately slacking a little. Out if paper towels at some areas for wiping down machines. More people slamming weights than usual. Management needs to give staff authority to mention things to individuals who treat the gym as if it's there for their personal use only. Have an individual that takes up a machine but has 3 sets of different dumbells, a curl bar and a mat all at one machine. Ties up machine and uses it maybe 3 times in an hr. Several people take up 2 & 3 machines at a time. Not cool

I like that more workout machines have been added, that way the overcrowding in the summer due to high school students being offered free memberships is not too inconvenient. What would make my experience better: 1. You play your music TOO loud. 97% of the time I can’t hear my own music or videos playing on my phone. Please lower the music on your speakers. 2. Please enforce the use of earbuds, earphones, or headphones while listening to music or watching videos on phones. 3. Please have staff rotate around facility floors to keep patrons from being on telephone conversations while working out. This will keep others from being disturbed. Thank you for your support.

staff is always very chill and friendly. I like seeing that they go around cleaning, helps to have a peace of mind in knowing that the gym is continuously being cleaned for us. I get to use the machines and weights that I need for the job so I am very content with the tools we get to use at this Planet Fitness.

I enjoy the free membership with silver sneakers. I also like the loud music that is playing while working out. It’s great for cardio. Plus I think the gym is pretty clean.

The convenience. While I don’t understand how you are one of the busiest gyms (I’ve been to several locations) and you are not open 24/7 on the weekends. I’m a business owner myself so this one doesn’t make sense. You have high membership and yet other PF locations are open 24/7 while my location in weslaco is 24/5. I guess it is what it is. I love the equipment though. Nice and clean and well maintained.

I'm very pleased with the staff and the equipment located at the Weslaco, Texas location. Planet fitness management is engaged with the customers and employees. This service is something that is very important to me. Whenever I've had issues I know that I can go and ask anyone for assistance, and they promptly help me, and they do it with a big smile in their face.
