Had the problem taken care of by the gym. If you have a company that takes care of the business side don’t you think they should take care of how the gym gets paid for ? I lost my credit card where the payment comes out of and the ABC company said they couldn’t help me that I had to go to gym and tell them what happen . All I wanted was to let them know so that the company planet fitness should not take out the money from the other card number. So I waited for my new card to come in about two days. It came and I went up to the gym got everything taken care of. It was no problem. I just don’t understand why you would have a company take care of your business stuff when you can just have someone at the gym do it I don’t understand that.

The staff is always very friendly and knows many of us regulars by name. Some of the staff are better than others, but they try to go around and vacuum and clean up more now than when I started there a few years ago.
