The overall look of planet fitness in west babylon is open, airy, clean and welcoming. The room is nice and bright and the super friendly receptionist at the desk when you walk in is "the icing on the cake" of planet fitness. The young lady was warm, efficient, eager to help, and seemed interest in the people who came in. She smiled alot and was excellent worker
