Very happy with the gym. The gym is very clean and there is so many machines and weights to choose from. I always highly recommend the gym. Very satisfied also with the hours.
The Manager Rodrigo, the staff, and the other patrons are all very friendly. The equipment is well maintained, and the gym environment is kept clean (same for the bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers)!
I would highly recommend this gym facility!
Friendly staff - Nick, Joe, Antonio, Tino and team. Clean and lively atmosphere. Normal music (vs ghetto like Bayshore). Machines all operational. HVAC working as it should and very convenient location. This should be the location to train all other locations!
I have been going there for almost 2 years
I go in the morning. And the morning people are great
And Louisa is great
She works hard and keeps this place clean
The gym is fine. What makes it great is Louisa, she takes care of that gym like it is her own. Constantly cleaning, replacing supplies and speaking with the members to make sure everything is going well. I visit the West Babylon gym 5 to 7 days a week. The days she is not there it is a mess. Garbage everywhere, weights not put away and equipment lying around. Without Louisa that gym would be a big fat ZERO!
I recently had to utilize the PF on Motor Pkwy while staying in Central Islip NY They have added additional equipment and features that not many other clubs currently have...EXCELLENT experience
The planet fitness Of Babylon is an exceptional facility. It’s managed very well by Rodrigo and Louisa. The staff is exceptional and the facility immaculate. I’m sorry to hear that Louisa is being transferred as she’s been a long time major asset to this facility and I find a poor management to upload her further from her home and away from the people that count on her that love her that see her work endlessly only be displace from what she considered her home. Nobody could deny no store manager himself that she was a staple an asset to this facility. I’m disgruntled to see her go. When I heard about it, it created me enough dismay to question my membership, my son‘s membership, my daughter-in-law‘s membership. The gym is wonderful, but it’s the people who make the gym. When I walk in, I’m welcome. I feel like they know me and I know them. I see them hard-working. I’m thankful for the presence and assistance when I have a question I’ve been a long time member and a member in perpetuity as per my insurance and my age. It’s essential to me as I was on search and rescue during 911. The staff was sympathetic to me and helped me to keep my motivation and to continue on when I felt like I couldn’t. I’ve always given great surveys respect and thanks in the past. But without telling you this, I wouldn’t be true to myself. I’d like you to rethink this. In my lifetime I’ve always seen new management come into corporations and deciding to make things better. They change what’s already great. Please rethink this. As from my vantage point it’s a gross era and judgment. I think if you concern and I’m hoping to think this just might change something. A question, why so often someone who is a pure asset to the company should be in the greatest sense punished for their fine performance.
