I like that the places keep needed and clean. That I constantly see the people that work there attending to the gym to make certain everything is available and sanitary. The main reason I go to this gym is I get greeted usually by a wonderful young lady by the name of Louisa. I used to be friendly with Rodrigo as well. But Louisa always makes me feel welcome. Like it’s my home. Even when I don’t frequent the place she recalls me smiles, and we have a brief chat when I leave you share a wave and a smile. It brings me there and it brings me back. Not certain I would go to that planet fitness she was let go. The new manager I’ve experienced in the past and she is sweet and kind as well. Why Louisa isn’t the manager I don’t know, nor do I know the logistics of how you staff. All that I do now is that if she weren’t there, it would be an absence felt. Thank you for your attention in this matter and a request to hear my feedback.

This is the first gym I have joined I have had some injuries now I’m trying to get in better shape they were very courtesy and answered all question when they gave me the walk thru the place is clean not to busy when I go so you don’t have to wait to use equipment. I’m really enjoying the gym great facility

I line that it’s not overly crowded, and that the equipment gets cleaned regularly. My only complaint at this point, is the overhead ceiling fans are not working, and it’s been like that all summer long!
