I like to cleanliness and the friendliness of your employees. But I would like to get a little bit more help on how to use some of your equipment better so that I am doing it properly. I have asked some people to show me, but sometimes they say just Use your phone on the app and it’ll explain it but I find it better for people to show you exactly what to do in general. I’m very happy with planet fitness in West Bend.

It’s well air conditioned and most of the staff is great. I do have only ONE staff member who always suspiciously asks me my last name and looks me up before giving me a massage chair or hydro massage. I’ve watched and not seen her do that to anyone else. I’m trying not to go right to “racist” but…
