Like: Very clean, friendly staff, variety of equipment, never need to wait for elliptical Improvement: Some users park themselves on a machine, do a set, then playing with cellphone for several minutes, then another set, etc... while others are waiting to use the machine. Need to teach people to leave machine between sets.

Great gym. Always clean. Equipment for the most part is always in great working order. Please consider adding a couple of spin bikes to the cardio section. I know you have regular exercise bikes, but spin bikes have a lot more to offer. A more intense and effective workout. Easier on the knees for us seniors ;-). I was at a planet fitness in Clearwater, Florida not too long ago and they had a couple of spin bikes I believe the brand was Les Mills. You should look into it. I suspect they would get a a lot of use.

I am a Black Card member this gives all the amenities. I enjoy exercising 2 hours daily at planet Fitness There is great selection of fitness machines to exercise and condition my body. The staff are amazing they help with everything. They are always busy keeping everything clean from filling bottles with disinfectant, cleaning machines, vacuuming, washing floors and keeping the restrooms. I plan on attending daily. I have lost 52 lbs since I joined Planet Fitness in 2025 through proper nutrition diet and training workouts. This is the best fitness company. Thank you for everything. Andrew Tivnan.
