I really like Planet Fitness in West Danbury for a number of reasons. The best part for me is that the location is super convenient and parking is never a problem. In addition, the employees are always friendly, and it is never overcrowded. The bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean and there is always an available locker for me to keep my things. It's well-ventilated, the temperature is always just right, and the machines kept in working order. The only minor suggestion I have would be to ask if the machines could be cleaned a little more often. They're not "dirty", but sometimes a little dusty or just grimy from frequent use. However, that's just a small opportunity for improvement. Overall, I feel that the gym is clean and well maintained and I very much enjoy my membership.

Clean, enough equipment so no waiting, good variety of equipment and workout type of areas. Only one issue this past weekend was the black card area was closed due to technical issues. I do look forward to using those amenities and I'm paying for them. I hope this is resolved.
