1). Relaxed atmosphere and non intimidating environment (preening and showcasing by clientele are discouraged). 2). Friendliness of staff (although staff from 2 mgmt ago were more approachable). 3). The stretching bar cage (not sure what it’s called) is GREAT, and not found in the other 2 PF locations in DSM. 4). Would like to see more of following tho: — more frequent/thorough cleaning of the workout areas and restrooms. — more space in workout areas (especially for stretching/warm ups) — at least 2 of each equipment (there are only 1 of a few of them) Thank you!

It has been a wonderful experience for me. I have been going for the past six months. I feel the staff works very hard and I’m happy that after five months, they finally hired a private trainer that can be utilized. I feel the company should take a look at the pay scale for the wonderful people that they have hired.

Staff are approachable and helpful. It’s nice to be greeted when I arrive, that way it sets the tone that they can help if I have a question and also makes single women and seniors feel safe going alone. The gym itself is clean, organized, and everything I use is maintained. There’s a great variety of equipment. It’s nice to see the busy times on the app so I can avoid the machine hogs. I like that there’s music playing over the speakers. I’m very happy with my membership!
