I love the 30 minute work out!! However, I don’t like that people do not follow the rules. Staff should monitor it more closely, and make announcements regarding the lights and following the numbers in order.

Areas you're doing a fantasticjob/much better than your top competitors. Not in order of importance. Hours, equipment, cleanliness,, technology, staff. Areas of improvement. Staff availability: only an issue in the early hours-before 6AM. As a Black Card member, can't reach a staff member to use the BC equipment. They are too busy cleaning. Need a better system to reach them. Even phone call doesn't work at times. Any way to put an App in to alert them someone is at the desk. I am very happy to see you use your staff wisely. The staff at the Y are always looking at thei phones and not trained at all on customer satisfaction. Thanks much for doing such a wonderful job on getting the best ROI from your staff.
