Staff is very knowledgeable and always have smiling faces! Literally no wait times on weight machines and treadmills. Little to no wait for message/hydro/tanning beds. I'm into my 3rd week of starting and I have been extremely pleased. Big shout out to "Mike" who is getting me started with a workout plan tailored to fit my needs, he has been so helpful.

It’s chill inside. Not groups of clicks on steroids. No gay men hanging around the locker room flashing you every time you need to urinate or change, like at The Wellness Center, here in town. Staff are laid back and courteous. Staff not fake, like other gyms. No rich ppl clicks in here. Better than any other gym in town.
