I love 45th Street Gym, always is clean, the front desk super friendly. I tried before the Forest Hill and Military, Always is dirty, And when I tried to tell the Managers, the cleaner lady, came to me with a really bad attitude, and asking me if I had some problem with her.. Was like threatening !! She is from Cuba, I stopped to go to that place.. The front desk are not caring, the customers are taking the machines and are not showing respect to anyone.. Really sad!!

Greg and the team always provide beyond amazing customer service. You can always find Greg walking the gym ensuring everyone is having a great workout. I’ve never had an experience like so at any gym. I even went to another location a couple of weeks back and it didn’t compare to the 45th location. Greg is a terrific manager and leader to his team. His bright smile speaks to how much he cares about his facility. I was saddened to hear about the passing of Jordan A. He always provided amazing customer service as well. Thank you!

Always Clean, friendly and convenient. The staff is cool and Always there to help. That's very hard to find these days at the gym
