Friendly staff always makes me feel welcome. The equipment is kept clean and repairs done in a timely manner on broken machines. I like the 30 minute room ( eliminated at Lake Worth location 😟) and suggest that more weight machines be added to the area and reduce the “steps” that are rarely used. The water fountain and bottle fill could be cleaned more often please.

I like planet fitness especially this location because for the most part, it’s clean and not crowded and very inexpensive. Also, the front desk and the employees in general are very professional and polite. The only problem is with the members who do not take their lockers with them and keep their lock on them. It keeps growing and growing. They need to be clipped at one point.
