The manager is very professional, friendly and invested in making sure all the guests are comfortable, informed and following rules. This newer team is friendlier and more professional. They are always wiping the machines down. I think he leads his team well!

I like the easiness of the membership. I will say that the front desk is a revolving door and never the same person there more than a few weeks. Have to think that's a reflection on corporate, whether they are not paid enough or whatever. They staff behind the desk is generally more engaged with each other than the customers. On their phone or yip-yapping which each other.

The staff is very friendly, and this makes a difference when you walk into a place of business, and they are asking you how you are doing. I enjoy the facility and the equipment.
