I did like how readily the staff acted when I pointed out equipment that was slightly damaged or unserviceable. I respect that they acted on a couple of small problems before they became big problems that would have put the gear completely out of service until some out-of-town service tech showed up.

I’m 63 and have never even in a gym before. I was warmly welcomed and was given a tour. I started the next week and began training with Kabir. Every time I enter or leave I am greeted. Kabir is wonderful. He is attentive, does not overwork me but challenges me. I love Planet Fitness.
