Facility is always clean. Front desk staff is very courteous and welcoming. Ladies bathroom is clean (I really appreciate that!). A decent offering of workout machines. and the 20+ TV screens to watch while on a stair master or trend mill help accomplish what needs to be accomplished. The location of this specific Planet Fitness (on Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach) is convenient with more than enough parking available. I wish there were a few group exercise classes offered. Otherwise, I would have rated the facility with a 10.

I did like how readily the staff acted when I pointed out equipment that was slightly damaged or unserviceable. I respect that they acted on a couple of small problems before they became big problems that would have put the gear completely out of service until some out-of-town service tech showed up.
