Club is kept clean on a regular basis. My number one favorite thing is the atmosphere is very mellow, nice and quiet without any extraneous noise (loud music being played as an example), which tends to annoy me. I also belong to Catalyst French Road, and I hate even going there do to being force fed their lousy taste in music in a very loud manner. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated.

I really enjoyed my time at planet fitness. The facility was clean and nobody was working out on top of you. Staff was always polite and helpful. I am unfortunately moving away and am not near a planet fitness anymore. I do feel that they should have an option to cancel your membership online because some people can’t always come in. That is the only suggestion I have and I wouldn’t even consider it anything negative because this is a great gym.
