I like the strength and heat of the hydro massage beds, I like the strength and the newness off the massage chairs and the fact that they lean back unlike the Cottage Grove location which pales in comparison on both the chairs and the hydro massagers. I like that the staff lets me get more than one 10 minute hydro massage as long as no one else is waiting. The staff are pretty friendly and happy for the most part. And it’s location is somewhat convenient with a lot of great stores, business and restaurants near by.

Everyone working at the front was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful facility with those floor to ceiling windows. Love the fact that there was two red light therapy beds and they seemed new. The massaging chairs were not as nice as the ones in Shakopee. Hard to believe this used to be a Party City!

I am allergic to dust and so many gyms have layers and layers of dust on their machines. Planet Fitness is always spotless, workers are friendly. I love the hydro massage and Angel Beauty machines!

The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. Especially the locker rooms and bathrooms, which I have has issues with at other locations. They could learn a thing or two from West St. Paul! The only thing that could make this location better is more updated machines.

The staff is always very welcoming and attentive to the cleanliness of the gym. On numerous occasions - I see staff members dusting and cleaning around the equipment. The locker rooms are always clean as well.
