The cleanest club I have been to. It would be nice to have a national news channel or two on the TVs. Having a foam roller is awesome! Tanning beds are cleaned properly. Locker room showers are clean. Wish there were scales to use.

The manager Arianna keeps a clean and honorable group of team members that exhibits of customer service via hospitality accommodations and great integrity as the faces of the gym. They’re not invasive on your space while they clean and maintenancing the facility and I like that a lot! Unlike the Sun Ray location where they would literally clean and dust while your on the equipment exercising waving dust particles and just not having common courtesies. West St. Paul is amongst one of my favorite location and I have attended Planet Fitness in several States and in many cities!

I would like to highlight your employee ***LILIANNA*** I have observed her on many occasions and I have yet to ever find her idle. She is constantly doing something - washing windows, cleaning the restrooms, wiping down equipment. On Saturday morning, she had displayed exceptional time management skills as she was swarmed with multiple clients demanding her attention. She was able to diffuse an anxious "less patient" client yet remain calm and act swiftly. She deserves to be acknowledged for her superior work ethic. Kudos Lilianna!
