Pleasant staff, clean facility. Complaints Shower water temperature very inconsistent .can be very hot or cold. People having telephone conversations while on equipment People using mobile phones either talking,texting etc making equipment unavailable

I enjoy going. The Westfield location is always well maintained. I wish more people would wipe down the machines after use. I see a lot of people not doing it.

I wish there were more free weight benches available, and also that personal trainers were allowed. The staff needs to be more attentive to the locker rooms, and all the dust on the surfaces of the half-walls, and the equipment. Also, people (men in particular) are using and sweating on machines and then walking away, not wiping them down. I would like to see reminders to do so.

Your staff are always friendly and the gym, locker rooms and bathrooms are clean. There are always available machine so no waiting. It is also nice to know that I can go to any Planet Fitness.
