This locations staff is super friendly and very accommodating!! I transferred my membership from Chico, CA. The Chico location had some how transferred some guy named Rudy on to my membership and it took almost a month for Chico to fix the problem. The whole time this location was trying to help fix the problem and accommodated my needs knowing what was going on.

It was me and my husband’s first time joining a gym together. We are in our 40s and were intimidated by the idea of young fit people possibly judging us. We bought our memberships online and we walked into our home gym 2 nights ago. It was busy! But we walked up to the front desk and we were enthusiastically greeted by Alan who took no time welcoming us into a very clean, well put together gym. He explained everything to us, how the machines work, and even introduced us to a gym regular who was very welcoming. After our workout, my husband and I both agreed that it was the best, unexpected experience we’ve both had and we can’t wait to go back! Thanks Alan! Westminster, CO

The employees are cheerful when u walk in. It puts a smile on your face. I can do my workout with ease. My questions are answered. I enjoy goin to do my routine and feel grt when I leave. I wish I had started a lot sooner in my life to go to the gym. No one knows I get my tan started at Planet fitness. It’s my secret. It makes me feel better with a nice glow from the tanning bed. Thank you Planet Fitness!!! And to the employees also.

I signed up so when I visit my daughter, I can workout. So, I don’t visit but a few days a year. My last visit was fine the first day. April 11th but the twelfth, I was two minutes early. The door was open and the lights were on so I thought how nice! I came in and placed my jacket in a locker. Another gentleman came in behind me. This is when the guy who was on duty told us to leave that they weren’t open yet. I apologized and told him that the door was unlocked. He made us wait outside for two minutes even though it was 5:59. The fellow later apologized but he was really upset with us. I returned on the 13th and the lights were off and doors locked until six on the dot, so no confusion there. It was a different person on duty.
Other than this weird interaction, I find this facility to be super clean and well run. The equipment works perfectly and the music is varied to appeal to all audiences.

There was a lady that was working there on March 25th Tuesday about 8:30. That was consistently cleaning. Never stopping but when she saw that we needed help checking in to have the water massage beds she managed to come over and help us figure it out. Showed us the easiest way to work. It always being friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get her name
