All is getting a tremendous amount better under the leadership of Alex and his staff. They keep the facility in excellent shape and is very clean in all areas. The 📺 remain an issue, it may be time to upgrade them, we don't need triplicates of Fox news etc, 0 would be gr8. We do need, cuz it is a sports related facility, Espn and Espn2. Keep the Local news stations as is. One last thing, alot of cardio equipment only gets Channel One. Ask around for specific ones.

Sam in the Wethersfield , CT branch is an outstanding trainer. She accomodates all levels of fitness and has a wealth of knowledge. She is always coming up with new excercises. I try to get in about three to four days a week, during the week at off-peak hours. The gym is always clean; paper towel dispenser and hand wash full and available; locker room (mens) is always clean.
