Amazing service easy to use machines and use QR code to learn if your not sure how locations near me are open 24hrs very spoiled great atmosphere machines are very clean others are respectful with picking up after themselves. I joined a little over 3weeks ago and have been hitting the gym up hard. Compared to other gyms I don't feel pressure with having to purchase a membership and feeling like I have to sign up for a trainer with planet a trainer isn't needed everything is so easy and beginner friendly.

I'm going to be totally honest with you. The Whitehall PF is poorly operated. I was able to sign up for a June 6th 10 AM 2025 designing your own workout. Turns out Whitehall doesn't have a trainer & yet I was still emailed a "reminder" of the appointment!!! Hilarious, that you took the time to REMIND ME! Instead of an email telling me - "Tom we don't have a trainer at this time, sorry for any inconvenience." Very disappointed with Whitehall PF & lack of help FROM THE TOP OWNERSHIP or managers at the highest level, I bet they expect more from the employees then what they are doing themselves. Leadership starts from the top. I shouldn't be able to schedule ANY classes at Whitehall until the correct people are working their. But to send a reminder email telling me "don't forget your appointment!" I have to ask PF, what are you guys doing over there in Whitehall? Thankfully I do have a black card and I will go elsewhere & find a trainer who can help me. Also, I didn't rate this a 10 but it is what it is reading after selecting a 5. The button on top where it reads (CHANGE MY SCORE) isn't working. & Giving PF a 10 I have no problems talking with someone if they have questions for me. Thomas J Schwindenhammer Tom or Schwindy

The staff are amazing, very friendly, down to earth and always very professional and helpful. The monthly membership is great value as I get to use the spa room too. They have a wide arrange of gym equipment and recently got a lot of new equipment. Only thing that could improve is at times it is jammed packed with people and we have to wait for certain equipment. I think that it could be better managed and take away some of the equipment like a lot of the cross trainers & bikes that don’t get hardly used and replace them with more weight benches as there is only 5 of them and everyone is queueing up to use them. But overall this is my happy place ☺️

I like the crowd at the time I go to workout. The staff is friendly , and they are constantly cleaning and housekeeping. The only issue is the length of time it takes for equipment to get fixed. Sometimes months. Overall a good gym
