My name is [NAME REMOVED] and I’ve been a proud member of Planet Fitness in Whittier on Washington Blvd for quite a while. I’m a black card member as well and I regularly take my mom as my guest. This gym is our 2nd home and I say that because the staff has always treated us with love and respect every time we walk through the door. My mom is 87 years of age the staff always treats my mother with TLC ❤️ ! This is very uncommon. I truly admire Arlene Herrera who is the general manager. Arlene is exceptional in her position as manager. Her qualities are second to none. She manages the gym with dignity and honor above and beyond the call of duty. She makes sure that the gym is always neat, clean and organized for us to enjoy our workouts. Arlene also shares the responsibility in cleaning the gym as well. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty. That’s the sign of a great leader ! Arlene is a very humble leader to say the least and that’s why the moral ( the staff ) is always running high . She's truly one of the gems in the Planet Fitness crown 👑 ! The staff is remarkably dedicated to their jobs. They always go out of their way to make sure our needs are met. I treat them with honor and respect because they deserve it! They are not afraid to get their hands dirty. They take their jobs very seriously! With a great deal of pride. I can see them becoming successful in their lives because of their work ethics. Their future looks promising 👍 It’s rare to see young adults performing in such a terrific way. Marvelous to say the least! I am a Marine Corps veteran and I have to say that this gym is “second to none “ ! I want to pay my respects to Arlene Herrera and the a the staff for their service to Planet Fitness. I also want them to be recognized to the fullest. Plenty of equipment. Rarely needed to wait for a machine. Cool inside temperature and many different TV stations to watch while you are on the treadmill and stair climbers. Clean restroom.
