It has been a wonderful experience, the staff members are incredible. The facility is spotless and every piece of equipment is in clean, working order. I have witnessed several staff members go out of their way to help customers and I have found them to be knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and in implementing workout routines. The atmosphere of this facility is very laid back and comfortable, no hardcore bodybuilder’s judging everyone and making a lot of noise. This is a nice change from the gyms I have worked out in when I was younger. Thank you

Well let me start by saying as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentlemen by the name of Angelo who was over the top courteous kind and so very helpful, he took me to the tanning bed explained all in great detail where I felt comfortable. He ask me if anything else I needed or questions I might have, them Angelo and Brandon walked me through all the equipment and it was wonderful. Over the top kindness. Thank you both! Kelly Fisher
