Everything. I have been a member for a long time. Haven't been there in a while due to busy work schedule. However my daughter graduated from college and home so back to working out. She is making me make time to get back to the gym. Love that I can take her with my black card benefits. I will never give up my black card membership. The price and extra benefits are so worth it. Love the staff at my planet fitness. They are personable and remember you even when you haven't been there for months.

Williamsport Planet Fitness has the most friendliest environment. I am greeted when walking in and when leaving. The staff carry on personalble conversations. They are extremely nice! Angelo deserves a manager position. That man is there just about every single day I check in and dedicates his time to all guests that enter Planet Fitness.

I would not recommend. I called into my local PF a few weeks ago to see if I could cancel my membership over the phone, due to the fact that I was suffering from a broken ankle. I was a told no. I was unable to make it into PF due to my compromised mobility. Therefore, my card was charged with numerous fees, although my membership wasn’t in use. This says a lot about PF. Very sad.
