I loved the Willimantic location and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable gym option. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. My one complaint would be that there are only 4 stair masters and often times at least one was not working. I only transferred locations because I moved and needed a location closer to my new home.

Well-maintained machines, and a variety of equipment to get a complete workout. Large facility with extensive locker rooms. Desk personnel are welcoming and pleasant, eager to help and answer questions and deal with any concerns. This gym emphasizes a "no judgement' atmosphere, which we like.

The only issue I had there was on the 'Hand Bike'... I have shoulder Injuries, nd I use the 'Hand Bike' for Rehab... The Head keeps Flopping Down whenever you touch it or try to put you water bottle in the place provided... I brought in 'Allen Wrenches' to tighten it, but they are as tight as they can be... Maintenance should be able to figure it out - Add A Washer, or file down the Screw end so they can be tightened more...
