This was the second time I went to the Willow Street location and I will definitely return. The facility is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the circuit room is no longer there. I understand that Planet Fitness is getting rid of the circuit room as renovations occur, it is just upsetting as that was what sold me on the membership.

The friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness. I do wish you had more than the 1 machine that you sit on and pull down for your abs. (I am not sure what it is called) it is usually being used and I would like to be able to use that one every visit. But I don't always get to use it every visit. :( It is located in the front section of the gym.
