Planet Fitness Willow Street is staffed by courteous and professional team members. The facility is clean, and the equipment is always in a high state of repair. I had an issue with being charged an additional monthly fee from another Planet Fitness (New Bern, NC) which the manager of the Willow Street Plane Fitness, Erica, worked diligently to assist me in resolving. Unfortunately, the matter is not closed due to the inability of PF Corporate to close an old membership without me submitting a letter to that location (which I did years ago) and have been paying an extra $20.06 a month for a membership I canceled in person years ago. Apologies for the redundancy and my frustration... this should in no way reflect poorly on the Willow Street Planet Fitness, as they provide stellar support and a great training environment.
