I love going there employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me if I ever need anything. Donna, the manager is an exceptional, most positive person there. She knows everybody by their first name when you walk in she says hi to you when you leave she says goodbye. If I had a position for her at my work, I would give it to her. She has excellent customer service.

Very helpful with equipment, Miss Donna at the Wilmington,, Planet fitness riverfront she is excellent as a manager. She shows empathy she’s encouraging. She’s understanding as well as Ken. He is one of the associates as well and they are very helpful and encouraging and I recommend riverfront Planet fitness to my friends and family. I can get a full workout and feel comfortable while I do it.
