Mr. Thao at the front desk made my visit very enjoyable. He demonstrates a strong positive vibe and a heart for helping. It may sound simple, but I visited several different PF in different states and areas, not everyone is so pleasant. I am grateful for my experience and when I am back in the area again, I would surely stop in. If you are reading this, I found this gym typically has had great staff and I can speak to the men's locker room that it is general on par for PF.

I only tan unfortunately but have been at Capitol Trail center for 5 years. Clean, courteous nice stand up tanning Booth also for people with chronic back pain. 24/7 hours I have insomnia so I go 3am or whenever.

The location is slightly smaller than the one in Dover but the space is used well to fit all equipment and section. The place is clean and 24 hourssss!!! I was so happy about that because a lot of them aren’t open all day everyday. I received helped on trying to get my location changed to this one and he was really welcoming (sadly I do not remember his name).
