Great amenities if you have the Black Card. Facility is always clean. which can be difficult because some of the members tend to leave paper towels and other trash laying around. Most staff is very friendly. Plenty of cardio machines, but not enough space for more weight machines. Although broken machines are rare, when it does happen, they sometimes stay broken longer than expected.

The staff is always willing to help and there is an air of respectability among the members. People are polite and patient. I do wish there were a few more bicep/tricep machines....they always seem to be in use. I say this because as an older man over 60, it is not safe for my back to do dumbbells. I need something stationary and the bi/tri machines provide this. Also, it seems that when a machine breaks down, like the calf machine, it takes months for it to get fixed. Other than that, the Planet Fitness on Kirkwood Highway is a gem!
