I enjoy doing my daily workout here, the facility is always clean, staff is friendly, and always available to help. I usually workout at the Regent location, but have found this one better suits me location wise.

HI there ---I have sent this in the past. The facilty and staff at this location are awesome However some of the memebers, Males, of a particual race are VERY DISRESPECTFUL , they choose NOT TO FOLLOW THE HYGIENE RULES--not wiping equipment after they use it and they are sweating alot, touching their faces and even putting their hands down their pants, , some of these same MALES , OF EAST INDIA DECENT, wont wipe down the MASSAGE CHAIR OR THE HEATED WATER MASSAGE BEDS----many other people have seen this , and some people have seen these same people DEFECATING in the male showers , but there are no cameras, , , I think it time to dong something about these people, they are also doing things in the parking lots, , I have been told by ex employees that the staff do know about these matters, but due to RESPECTING CULTURAL DIFFERENCES , these MALES get away with it , I have seen females who have seen these Males NOT WIPING EQUIPMENT and so now people are wiping before they use equipment and after , due to this, so I wonder if anyting will ever be done---this may sound racist , but its actually the real hones truth , the FEMALES OF THIS HERTIGAGE, seem more respectful

Friendly Recommendable nice helpful employee..very clean place I work outbin Planet almost 2yr ND half .My when I started 2024 Jan now I shredded 25 lbs I'm 155 lbs now ..I owe them my transformation..I believe in physical fitness is it makes me feel good about myself and I encourage people to go..to live and add more years to our life.
