Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Staff including manager and assistant managers are always working to insure our workout area is immaculately clean. If I could give it a 10 instead of a 5, I would. The saying treat others like you would like to be treated is held in high regard. We are Seniors and find this St Vital gym the best for us. Very pleased. Judy and Bruce

I am always greeted with a smile and a good morning everytime I come in. The staff are very energetic and the facility looks brand new. They are constantly keeping the gym clean and if there is a machine or piece of equipment thst needs fixing they are on it right away. I've been to other planet gyms and this one by far is cleaner. Well done from the manager on down A+++

This is my home gym and in my opinion the best one in the city. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and super nice. The equipment is always in great shape, but in the rare occasion when it’s not, it does not take long for it to get repaired. It also always super clean and I will always choose this location to go to!

How incredibly clean it is and for me just has such a great vibe every time I walk in. Don’t like to say bad things about other places but what I can say is Planet Fitness is far superior to Shapes!!
