I LOVE the Winter Springs Planet Fitness!!! The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome! The equipment and gym is absolutely SPOTLESS: clean equipment, floors, therapy rooms/tanning areas, and bathrooms/changing areas!!! Close to my house. Morning staff is great! Its clean. But…….. Please either fix or replace the Hydromassage beds. At least one is constantly down recently. There are only 4 and bed 1 says temporarily down. Today she put me on bed 3 and it is back to the jerking pressure mid to upper back. This is my grand finale n relax time. Please, please, please fix these as other than that I love going there.

I've been going to planet fitness for about 2 years now. Had a good experience. Just recently ran into some medical issues and had to freeze my account. Went to the club went through the process of freezing my account or putting on hold. The staff at planet fitness Winter springs Florida were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went through the similar situation back in 2020 with crunch fitness and it was a nightmare. So I'd like to thank the staff and planet fitness for making my situation much easier. Also getting back to the gym is my number one priority after my health improves.
