The gym has recently made the effort to keep it ad clean as possible even during its renovations (which shouldn’t have been going on during the winter specially with the new resolutioners, but that’s a different topic). I did want to give recognition to Gabriela and Carmen who are always focused on their tasks. Also, they greet everyone with a genuine smile.

Shoutout to all PF Staff! Especially Morning Crew. Maame and Danali are really fun to work with and they get stuff DONE!! Big Shoutout to Antonia as well. I really like that there is space between the machines. Planet fitness doesn’t look overly crowded with machines everywhere, it’s very well organized. Very nice staff, you always feel welcomed. Thank you Planet Fitness for a wonderful experience.

I've been visiting this location since it opened, and it has always been clean and well-organized. The employees do an excellent job of keeping everything running smoothly. Check-ins are easy, and there is always someone at the front desk to greet you with a friendly "Hello" and a warm smile. While it can get busy during rush hour, the facility is spacious, so there is plenty of cardio equipment and free weights available. I rarely see any equipment out of service, and when something needs fixing, they address it as quickly as possible.

I really like how inclusive it is. I’ve been to similar gyms and by far this is a gym where people aren’t disturbing your workout to promote their items. Reason why I switched to planet fitness was because Xsports had bad customer service. The staff was very judge-mental and unfriendly. They usually became very pushy when you wouldn’t buy their products or memberships. Woodbridge, VA Planet fitness is ten times better with hospitality and it’s much cleaner than Xsports. The staff at my planet fitness are very kind and respectful!
