I really like the inclusivity in the policy about gender identity regarding the restrooms. I cancelled because I wasn’t going but because of the support towards the trans community I will totally join when I am ready. The equipment was always in good condition at my location and I enjoyed going at the late hours. Always had a working water bottle station and sanitation sprays were well stocked.

I like thats its clean, the 30 min work out area is awesome and all the equipment. At this location..The two cons are probably a lot of broken equipment and though the people checking us in are nice I don't think they are skilled enough if something happens.. The Hiram location always has 2 trainer's walking around and doing classes for club members and they all seem to be more knowledgeable in all areas including accidents.. Could also be the times that I go which is in the early afternoon..Just a suggestion to have at least one experienced person on all the time..

I love the atmosphere, the staff is always kind and readily available if we have any questions, they are always keeping the gym clean and I love that they're 24 hours. I do miss the bagles they used to bring in in the morning for members and my only recommendation is they update or repair their equipment. Some of it is starting to show wear on the seats and cables.
