I enjoy the cleanliness of the gym and the variety of equipment that they provide. I like that it is straightforward and does not include some of the extras that other gyms do that I never use such as group fitness. All the space is provided are useful to me.

Such a great, basic gym for people who just want a gym and don't want to constantly have to dodge a sales pitch. I left crunch fitness and switched to planet fitness after getting exhausted with them constantly trying to sell me personal training every time I walked in the door. I love that I can just scan my barcode, say hi to whoever's at the desk, and that's the end of the encounter.

I like feeling comfortable in the environment esp since I haven’t been inside a gym in a while. All the machines have details as to how to use them which is helpful. The app is such a help in determining the type of workout I am looking for.

Equipment is in working order nearly all of the time and there are alternate equipment available to achieve the same work out when a machine is out of order. The many different options to work the same muscle groups mean no wait time. Hours of operation are acceptable, staff are all friendly, and environment is kept neat and clean. I would like training advice on site but understand the liability issues .Perhaps videos of using different machines similar to the body weight videos you presently show could be offered or even scheduled classes on using equipment properly for beginners on a specific piece of equipment. Employees are friendly, recognize regulars, and are responsive to reasonable request, I am 82 with lots of health issues and like to exercise alone so try to bring a friend to keep check on me but feel safe and comfortable when I come alone. I was a member before covid and someone walked me through the basic use of the machines I was using then when I was new but it may have been another customer.
