I like all the Clubs I use. Generally clean and always friendly. I recently called corporate with what I hoped would be accepted as constructive criticism. The person taking my report was thoughtful and understanding. I got a call from the offending club. Had a great conversation and indeed my comments were taken constructively. Been a member for 13 or 14 years and plan to continue. Impressed!

I’ve told several people about your black membership. I like going to work out & then “rewarding myself” with a massage chair or hydrobed session afterwards. Not too crowded, always clean with helpful staff. Thank you!
