I enjoy going and being greeted by name when I come in! The people have been very nice and informative when needed! I like having them know where I am wanting to go prior to putting in my information on the kiosk! This is a very wonderful place to workout and spend time!

The Staff is always smiling and very welcoming. The facility is very clean and I usually don't have to wait for a tanning bed. I mentioned to them that the bulbs were out in the two lay down beds and they got them replaced. I love going in.

I like the energy in the gym as soon as you walk in the door. The energy is positive, upbeat, the staff is extremely friendly, I must say I have been reluctant to go into Planet Fitness because, being a larger lady, I was intimidated by the fit, young ladies who can be scantily clad in a gym like Planet Fitness. I have found that all of the members are very friendly that I have encountered, and there are no women walking around half naked. Matt, Rainey, Iā€™m sure that I have her name, incorrect, and all of the other staff members are incredibly nice and welcoming. I love the variety of equipment, and the wide open space in which to work out. I also love the Black Card spa area, and everything is kept so clean. I feel very comfortable, and feel like Iā€™m fitting in at the York,SC location. My husband joined as well and we enjoy being able to workout together.

There is a trainer on duty 5 days per week with a schedule to assist members at no charge. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The showers in the ladies locker room are good.

Everyone working there is great. There are many long-time employees who have worked there since opening. The space is huge and equipment selection great. I'm particular about cleanliness, and the facilities, equipment, locker rooms, bathrooms are always immaculate.
